YRM was founded in 2023 by Terry Solier and Shane Marsh. Both directors recognised that the standard approach to managing WorkCover was failing both the employer and the employee. Terry and Shane both knew that if a more strategic approach is taken, better outcomes can be achieved for both parties.
Employers, large and small, are usually guided by their WorkCover agent when managing claims and injuries. Agents are a great resource, however they should only form part of the strategic approach. This is where YRM fits in, we partner with employers, their agents and the workers to guide and steer better outcomes.
Why Do You Need YRM? Terry and Shane have over 50 years of combined experience working for WorkCover Agents and Authorities. Together, they know and understand the system better than most and can provide employers with expert advice that is seldom found elsewhere. In addition, Terry and Shane have each formed industry relationships that can play a crucial role in better outcomes.
