Yarra Risk Management was founded in 2023 by Terry Solier. Terry recognised that the standard approach to managing WorkCover was failing both the employer and the employee. Terry knew that if a more strategic approach is taken, better outcomes can be achieved for both parties.
Employers, large and small, are usually guided by their WorkCover agent when managing claims and injuries. Agents are a great resource, however they should only form part of the strategic approach. This is where Yarra Risk Management fits in, we partner with employers, their agents and the workers to guide and steer better outcomes.
